Samuel Saba leads one of the most dynamic and influential development portfolios in Zanzibar and the wider region — spanning real estate, hospitality, cultural restoration, and community-enhancing infrastructure.

A $1.5M waterfront garden adds tourism appeal and community space, blending landscaped gardens, restaurants and jetty access.

Infinity Developments has unveiled a $1.5 million waterfront garden project at Africa House in Stone Town, adding a landscaped public space, restaurants, and jetty access to one of Zanzibar’s most historic districts.

The project reflects Infinity’s dual commitment to tourism-driven development and community-enhancing infrastructure — creating a space that serves visitors and residents alike while preserving the character of Stone Town’s UNESCO World Heritage waterfront.

“Every project we bring to Stone Town has to earn its place alongside history that’s centuries old,” said Samuel Saba, Chairman of Infinity Group. “The Africa House Garden is designed to add value to the community first — the tourism benefit follows naturally from that.”

The garden includes landscaped seating areas, dining venues, and direct jetty access to the waterfront, positioning it as both a leisure destination and a gathering space for the local community.

The unveiling adds to a growing portfolio of Infinity projects across Stone Town aimed at revitalising the district’s cultural and commercial waterfront.
